ARROW UNWIND

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Unwind ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the mobile game.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account and we do not directly ask for your name, address, or phone number. The Game may automatically process limited technical data, including device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, gameplay events, crash information, and advertising identifiers.

Advertising and third-party services

Arrow Unwind uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its partners may collect or process device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, ad interaction data, and other information to provide, measure, secure, and personalize ads, where permitted by your consent and applicable law.

Google handles data under its own policies. Learn more at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.

How information is used

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Game
  • To save gameplay progress and preferences on your device
  • To show, measure, and prevent fraud in advertisements
  • To diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect users

Choices and controls

Where required, the Game will request consent before using data for personalized advertising. You can change advertising and privacy choices through your device settings. You may also reset or delete your advertising identifier using Android settings. Disabling personalized ads does not remove ads; it may make them less relevant.

Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until the Game is removed or its storage is cleared. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to their policies and legal requirements. To ask a privacy question or request deletion of data that we control, email us at the address below. We may need limited information to locate and verify the request.

Children's privacy

The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without the consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled by the Game. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
